IC Current Leakage Test Fixture

Reliability was key for this fixture. This is an IC current leakage test fixture. It features a dry air line connection and air flow guides to keep the IC socket dry during environmental testing. Inside the ZIF socket is a 3D printed thermocouple holder which houses two types of thermocouples. The ZIF socket is removable and sits on a bespoke designed IC socket. This was created in-house, using a precision CNC mill. The PCB has LED indicators to display current configurations, which can been seen through the ESD coated clear panel.
